This presentation reviews the human microbiome and how it is critical to the understanding both acute and chronic inflammatory illness. The relevance and advantage of using homeopathic medicine in the treatment of illness will be contrasted with conventional allopathic treatment. The presentation will focus on how homeopathic treatment of acute illness prevents chronic illness. The current epidemic of chronic inflammatory illness, e.g., COVID-19, will be reviewed with respect to etiology and cause. Finally, the use of homeopathy as a sustainable form of treatment, congruent with the microbiome, the immune system and the promulgation of long-term health will be discussed.
